On the 24^th of May, the €23 million capital increase has been entirely subscribed, of which €8 Mil from the Saleri Family and €15 Mil from Quaestio Italian Growth fund (FIIA), managed by Quaestio Capital SGR S.p.A.
The new shareholder structure shall now consist of: 73.4% capital share of Industrie Saleri Italo S.p.A. up to the Saleri Family and 26.6% up to Quaestio Capital SGR S.p.A.
On the same day, the new society organs, new Board of Directors, and new Board of Auditors have been nominated.
