Saleri Mexico, a company of Saleri Group, has been awarded with the Distintivo de Trabajo Responsable - TRe by the Government of the State of Nuevo Leon which recognizes companies with respect for workers' rights under the values of responsibility, honesty, efficiency, collaboration, safety and social justice.
Saleri Mexico S.A. de C.V., a company of Saleri Group, leader in the design and production of Thermal Management systems for passenger cars, has been recognized by the Government of the State of Nuevo Leon as one of the 33 companies that passed the evaluation of the Secretary of Labor to obtain the Distintivo de Trabajo Responsable - TRe, within the culture of Responsible Labor in the state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
The Distintivo de Trabajo Responsable - TRe recognizes organizations’ commitment in daily management of the 3 workplace pillars: Labor, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety; implementing systems, practices, processes and procedures that promote Responsible Labor, complying with legal frameworks and adopting best practices based on the generation of a culture of prevention and risk mitigation.
During the awarding ceremony, Manuel Ignacio Cabrera, General Manager of Saleri Mexico S.A., received the Distintivo TRe on behalf of the company by Federico Rojas Veloquio - Secretario del Trabajo; Javier Navarro - Secretario General de Gobierno; Ivan Rivas - Secretario de Economía; Graciela Buchanan Ortega - Secretaria de las Mujeres; as well as Officials from Secretaría del Trabajo.
This recognition confirms Saleri Group’s constant dedication in achieving sustainable growth, setting the protection of Health and Safety of its workers and all those interacting with its business activities as a fundamental goal.
