Saleri’s know-how secures the positioning of Saleri Group as a leading supplier of Thermal Management system solutions and components to support the automotive industry transformation.
Saleri, leading company in the development of Thermal Management system solutions, has received three major new orders for the supply of E-pumps (electric coolant pumps) for BEV vehicles (Battery Electric Vehicles). Saleri E-pumps will be applied to the coolant distribution module of the main BEV platforms of a leading American carmaker and to the Thermal Management system of two of the most important European and Asian carmakers.
Among the first to produce electric pumps for the main and auxiliary circuit, since 2009, Saleri has continued to innovate its offer to meet the needs of electric cars. The R&I - Electrification division has developed a new range of E-pumps applications on light vehicles covering a range from 30W to 600W. These standardized solutions with customizable interface can meet the various needs of each car manufacturer’s Thermal Management system.
These agreements are a further step in the Saleri Group strategy deployment to pursue its business mission of "supporting the automotive industry transformation". While it comes as a consolidation of Saleri's historical experience in supplying E-pumps for the automotive sector, these important deals strengthen Saleri's order book exposure for a total of € 400 million on BEVs.
This allows the Saleri Group to continue to directly serve carmakers in customizable and advanced technological projects and at the same time to reach, through these deals, global scale projects, while maintaining a flexible and Research & Innovation-oriented structure. In fact, all Saleri plants will be involved, starting with the Mexican, Italian, Indian and Chinese ones, in the very early stages of project development.
